A former officer with the Dunbar Police Department has been arrested after police say he threatened people with a gun at a bar in Huntington. According to a criminal complaint, 21-year-old Joshua Hall of Elkview is charged with three counts of brandishing a deadly weapon.
Police say the incident happened early Friday on the 400 block of 9th Street after an argument inside a bar. Investigators say Hall allegedly retrieved a handgun from his vehicle and threatened to shoot someone.
Officials say Hall resigned from the department Friday and was arrested Saturday.
