An inmate at a high-security federal prison in West Virginia has died after he was found unresponsive, officials said. Jerome Jones, 35, was pronounced dead Wednesday at a local hospital after employees at USP Hazelton found him unresponsive about 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, according to a news release from prison officials.
