A man has been arrested after a crash on Interstate 64 East killed a woman, deputies said.The crash shut down I-64 East entirely and all but one lane of I-64 West for several hours. According to Putnam County Sheriff Bobby Eggleton, 52-year-old Angela Born, of Kanawha County, was killed in the crash. Born owned Country Road House and Berries, a strawberry farm in Clendenin Deputies said the suspect in the crash has been identified Joseph Ryan Elswick, 22, of Putnam County, and he was taken to a local hospital for further treatment before being taken in for arraignment.
