Kevante White, accused of killing two brothers and injuring another in Huntington, has waived his preliminary hearing after being extradited from Ohio.
White faces charges of first- and second-degree murder and malicious or unlawful assault in the February 20 shooting that killed Adrian Phillips, 26, and Derious Johnson, 39, near a local bar.
Authorities say White has no prior interactions with Huntington police, and the motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
