Governor Justice says more than eighty-percent of nursing home residents are opting for the vaccination, but just over sixty-percent of staff is electing to have the vaccination. Charleston police are investigating after a man was found dead on Wertz Avenue. Twenty-year-old Nathaniel Spivey was found lying in the road with multiple gunshot wounds. Firefighters attempted lifesaving measures, but he died at the scene. No arrests have been made.
