Bridge replacement is underway in Hamlin. The Parker Hollow Bridge provides the only way in and out for residents in one part of town, and the West Virginia Department of Transportation has prioritized the bridge’s replacement. Construction got underway in February, and a concrete one is being built next to it. The new bridge should be ready for traffic later this year.
