News Staff A Georgia based real estate firm is buying Charleston Town Center Mall. The Hull Property Group owns more than thirty malls in sixteen other states. The group specializes in acquiring and re-positioning under-performing malls, and says it will go to work immediately to keep existing stores from leaving and attracting new ones.
RISE West Virginia is closing in on three-hundred completed housing projects. The pandemic locked down construction last March, but now the program is on track to complete about a dozen homes a month.
