A man is in stable condition in a Huntington hospital after he was stabbed at an apartment in Portsmouth. A suspect is under arrrest.

A former teacher’s aid with Russell Independent Schools is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with one of her students. An investigation determined there were inappropriate texts and physical contact. She’s charged with sexual misconduct.

Grayson, Kentucky police are investigating after counterfeit bills were found circulation among local businesses. Officers seized the bills, but warn there could be more. No arrests have been made.
